The students will be welcomed at the International Airport of Geneva (Swiss side) on Sunday 9 October according to their arrival schedule. The Airport offers all arriving passengers a free "Tout Geneve" ticket, which is valid for 80 minutes, available from the automatic ticket machine situated in the baggage reclaim zone. Participants must get a ticket before exiting the zone.

Students arriving at Geneva Cornavin train station are expected to reach CERN by their own mean, by taking Tram 18 (see http://tpg.ch/fr/ligne18/).

Dinner and accomodation will be organised at CERN on Sunday night.

After a tour of CERN on Monday, the participants will be transferred by bus to Les Houches in the late afternoon. Les Houches is about one-hour drive from Geneva.

Participants will be transferred back from Les Houches to Geneva airport on Friday 21 October after lunch.
